A. The Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions below are related with the products we supplied to you.  Please read the terms and conditions carefully before you order any product from us. This document contains important information about our company, our products delivery and cancellation of your order.

Leamel customer service may contact you by phone, e-mail or postal address provided by you. E-mails and physical letters counted as written communication.

C.  Our sales contract with you

After you received confirmation email from us related with your order acceptance your order take place which establishes a contract between you and us.

If it is not possible for us to accept your order due to stock or any resources availability or an error in the product description or price we will inform you and we will not charge you for the product or services.

We assign you an order number which enables tracking your order status. You can track your order by emailing us with your order reference number.

 

D.  Leamel products you have purchased

The packaging of product may be different from the images shown on our website. The images of our products that shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. However, as Leamel team we aim to display the product colours and properties accurately the product you have purchased may slightly deviate from the images shown on our website.

Please contact us if you want to make any changes to the product you have ordered. We will inform you about possible changes and additional charges if there is any. After your confirmation we will proceed to make the changes on the products you have ordered and deliver it to you. Changes requested by you on the product may affect our cancellation terms. We will inform you on the cancellation or return terms and conditions specific to your change request.

We have the right to make improvements related with product quality or safety requirements. These changes will be minor changes which won’t affect your expectations from product.

We may change the product to reflect the required changes to comply law or regulatory authorities’ directions.

 

E.  Delivering your order

The packaging we use may varies according to the requirements of your order. Your orders are delivered by well-known nationwide delivery companies. (Royal Mail, DPD, DHL etc.)

For return address please contact Leamel Customer Services.

Please ensure the information you provide is correct to prevent any delays. We cannot be held responsible for wrong addresses supplied to us.

Some orders may require a signature at delivery address. If this is not convenient for you please contact us via email.

Our postal charges are per order, not per item and you will only be charged once for your order, even if the order is split over separate shipments.

The delivery charge will be shown on your checkout screen.

We do not except any responsibility for delays outside our control. We will inform you if we understand there is a delivery issue related with your order. You can cancel your order at any time related with any delays exceeds 15 days. We will refund you all charges related with your order.

F. Termination of contract

Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it and when you decide to end the contract:

If what you have bought is faulty or product description is incorrect you may have a legal right to end the contract.

If you have just changed your mind you can cancel your contract. You may be able to get a full refund if we did not dispatched your items. If we ship your items to your address you can refuse the delivery or send the products back in their original condition and packaging. This may subject to deductions and you will have to pay the cost of delivery and return fees.

Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund.

You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of:

Any product where you have removed the hygiene strips, covers or you have handled the product in a way that you would not do in a retail shop (damaged the packaging, teared the seals).

Please contact customer services via email for any cancellation request.

We have the right of immediate cancellation of contract if you do not make any payment. If you do not supply us a valid delivery address or if you are not available for delivery in a reasonable time.

If we do not offering product to the market anymore. We will inform you and refund any charges you have paid in advance for the products which will not delivered by us.

 

G.  Price and Payment

The price of the product will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. We use our best efforts to ensure that the price information related with products are correct. However it possible we make errors on the price information. If your order accepted by us and  processed with a pricing error is clear and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a incorrect pricing, we may end the contract, refund you any charges you have paid and request the return of any products delivered to you.
